At FiraForm, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on FiraForm subscriptions and services.

All payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle in accordance with this policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions to FiraForm. This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to any FiraForm plan
  • Upgrades to higher-tier plans (refund applies to the price difference)
  • Both monthly and annual subscription plans

If you are not satisfied with FiraForm for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. After 14 days, the money-back guarantee expires and payments become non-refundable except as outlined below.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID (if available)
  3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund request within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, all payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Service Outage: If FiraForm experiences a prolonged service outage (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Legal Requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your FiraForm subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined above:

  • If cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase, you may request a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
  • If cancelled after 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period after the 14-day guarantee expires.

5. Subscription Renewals

FiraForm subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Renewal payments are non-refundable. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to new subscriptions, not to renewal charges.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. You can view your next billing date in your account settings or through Paddle.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.

You will continue to have access to the features of your current plan until the end of the billing period, at which point your plan will be downgraded and you will be charged the lower rate.

7. Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged immediately for the price difference, prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

Upgrades are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the incremental amount charged for the upgrade. If you request a refund for an upgrade within 14 days, we will refund the upgrade charge and revert your account to the previous plan.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us directly, your FiraForm account will be immediately suspended pending resolution of the dispute.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] if you have any billing concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

Accounts that initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from using FiraForm, and any outstanding refunds or credits will be forfeited.

9. Taxes and Fees

All refunds are processed for the full amount paid, including any applicable VAT, sales tax, or other taxes collected at the time of purchase. Paddle handles all tax calculations and refunds in accordance with local regulations.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • FiraForm processes the refund request within 2-3 business days
  • Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

11. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are processed in the original currency used for payment. If currency exchange rates have changed between the time of purchase and the time of refund, the amount you receive may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

FiraForm and Paddle are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences imposed by your bank or payment provider.

12. Free Trials and Free Plans

FiraForm may offer free trials or free plan tiers from time to time. These do not involve any payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

If you subscribe to a paid plan after a free trial, the 14-day money-back guarantee begins on the date of your first paid charge, not the start of the free trial.

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of FiraForm after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy. For significant changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
